There’s so much buzz around baking these days, you’d think it’s a survival skill. Everybody’s busting their baking chops to make homemade bread, birthday cakes and so much more. There are two basic baking workshops in Bengaluru worth checking out this month.

This week, baking enthusiasts can sign up for a cake and cake pops class, organised by Konsult Bakery and Culinary Academy in Bellandur. The workshop is great for beginners too since it covers a list of essentials including cake decorations. Participants will learn how to make basic vanilla cake, cake pops for Christmas, chocolate cake, marble cake and more. Eggless recipes will also be made available at the workshop and participants can take their baked treats home. The academy also offers professional courses in baking and pastry arts.
