We don’t know about it being India’s garden city anymore, but Bengaluru maintains its reputation for being the city of pubs. These guys made beer look cool much before imported brews and craft breweries became a thing. This week, barflies in Bengaluru can look forward to The Beer Trail – Little Pub Crawl across Indiranagar, one of the buzziest areas in the city. What you get is four beers for almost the price of one imported beer, and a chance to check out two old school pubs and two new places in the city as well.
The pub crawl will take you to 100 Ft Road Boutique Bar and Restaurant, which has been around for 16 years now and is pretty much a landmark in the city. There’s also Doff Pub, another old haunt, which serves Goa’s local King’s Beer, which is a must-try if you haven’t. The two new places that are part of The Beer Trail are Tippler on The Roof and Three Dots and a Dash, which launched in the city earlier this year. While Tippler on The Roof has become popular for its shisha menu and the Tiki cocktails at Three Dots and a Dash are more well known, both pubs have a good list of premium beers and local ones worth trying out.

Those who sign up can redeem coupons that can be used during the pub crawl and only one coupon can be redeemed at each pub for a single beer. The Beer Trail will be held on August 19, between 7 pm and 11 pm. Go here to book
